Steven Tyler confirmed his exit from American Idol on Thursday, the next day Jennifer Lopez confirmed with Ryan Seacrest she was leaving too.
“We had magic,” JLo said to ABC News on Sunday. “I don’t know, with him gone, it might be a different formula.”
Now that Jennifer has made up her mind she’s ready to focus on doing the things she loves, music and film. “I do miss doing films. I feel like the last two years with `(American) Idol,’ I’ve really, really focused on, you know, my music. … It was all kind of very synergistic, it worked really well together.”
JLo added, “But (film) is something that I really loved, it’s how I kind of started in this business, and it doesn’t leave you. I am an actress, I need to do that, too.”
With soo many talents to choose from its clear the former American Idol judge can’t decided which to focus on first. Still wrapping up her tour with Enrique Iglesias JLo is also set to release an upcoming greatest hits album.
When not wrapped up with work the 42-year old singer-actress focuses on her romance with boyfriend Casper Smart and her twins 4-year olds Emme and Max.
The last few years has undoubetedly proved to be a career surge for the latina diva and by the looks of things there’s no slowing down.
