Oprah Winfrey finally got the chance to confront 50 cent about naming his dog “Oprah”. The media mogul appeared to even make the rapper nervous when she tells him “I heard you have a dog name Oprah.” 50 tried to smooth it over by adding he also has a cat named ‘Gayle’ – wasn’t good enough. Oprah asked bluntly, “Why’d you name your dog Oprah?”
50 responded, “At the time, I was just looking at the situation and I was developing negative feelings for someone who doesn’t even know me. And then I gave [the name] to the dog because I was excited about the dog.”
