A new trailer for the fourth installment in the Ice Age franchise, Ice Age: Continental Drift, has hit the Internet. Scrat’s nutty pursuit of the elusive acorn triggers yet another cataclysmic world changing event that sets Manny, Diego and Sid on their greatest adventure yet.
In the wake of this debacle, Sid reunites with his annoying Granny and the team encounter a bunch of misfit, seafaring pirates determined to stop them from returning home.
Directed by Steve Martino and Michael Thurmeier.
The voice cast includes Queen Latifah, Ray Romano, Denis Leary, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Wedge, John Leguizamo, Aziz Ansari, JB Smoove, Nick Frost and Hip hop artist Nicki Minaj.
20th Century Fox Animation joined Blue Sky Studios to produce the animation film.
Ice Age: Continental Drift hits theaters July 13th, 2012.
