Rap icon Snoop Dogg appeared on “The Price Is Right” on Monday, as the first celebrity to kick off the show’s Celebrity Charity Week. Snoop’s appearance on the game show went to benefit his youth football league, and he won big time, raking in over $72,000 for his cause.
The rapper/actor won his money by helping contestants play Plinko and spin the big prize wheel. He even successfully helped contestant Darlene place her Plinko chip in the $10,000 slot.
Snoop explained that the “The Price Is Right” was one of his favorite shows to watch while skipping school as a kid. “The feeling was still here. It’s like it never left.”
For every day this week, a celebrity will appear on the show for Celebrity Charity Week. Other celebrities that will be helping out on “The Price is Right” this week include Jenny McCarthy, Neil Patrick Harris, Chris Daughtry, and Heidi Klum
