Beyonce Miscarriage – Beyonce is finally opening up about her miscarriage in her new HBO Documentary “Life Is but a Dream.”
Fans could have guessed that Beyonce’s new documentary would reveal the singer’s life during pregnancy and her vacations with husband Jay-Z, but what some people didn’t expect was for Queen Bey to open up about her miscarriage.
The mother of one has already lashed out at the media for accusing her of faking her pregnancy after she had already suffered through a miscarriage.
According the powerhouse songstress losing a child once already made her appreciate motherhood even more than she already had and accusing her of faking that pregnancy was “the most ridiculous rumor” she’s ever heard.
Now she’s revealing even more details about that miscarriage in her upcoming HBO documentary.
“About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time and I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life,” Blue Ivy’s mommy said according to Us Weekly. “I picked out names. I envisioned what my child would look like… I was feeling very maternal.”
In the midst of her excitement, tragic news was well on its way.
Despite the fact that she had just had the opportunity to hear her baby’s heart beat, something had gone terribly wrong.
“I flew back to New York to get my check up – and no heartbeat,” the 31-year-old singer revealed. “Literally the week before I went to the doctor, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat.”
The only way she knew how to deal with the heartbreak was to retreat to the studio.
“I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I’ve ever written in my life,” she continued. “And it was actually the first song I wrote for my album. And it was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.”
After going through such tragedy with her first pregnancy, Jay-Z’s wife approached her second pregnancy carefully and hesitated to tell the world about her growing baby bump.
Although she wanted to be careful, she also admitted that her excitement would often get the best of her.
“Being pregnant was very much like falling in love. You are so open,” she explained. “You are so overjoyed. There’s no words that can express having a baby growing inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone.”
This isn’t the first time one of the Carters have mentioned the miscarriage, however.
Jay-Z took to the studio after welcoming daughter Blue Ivy into the world and revealed just how much of a blessing baby Blue was.
“Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/ We was afraid you’d disappear/ But nah baby you magic,” the hip hop mogul rapped on his song “Glory.”
Meanwhile anticipation for Beyonce’s Super Bowl performance is still building and she is expected to face the media in New Orleans on Thursday.
While Mrs. Carter should be answering questions about who will join her on stage and what songs she’ll be performing, it’s more likely that she’ll be answering questions about Obama’s second inauguration.
Critics are still sticking to their claims that Bey was lip syncing despite the fact that the U.S. Marine Band has doubled back on their claims that they were positive she was lip syncing.
Now they are insisting that it was simply too hard to tell.
Answers from experts (apparently there are lip syncing experts… and no we aren’t talking about Ashlee Simpson) are mixed and conflicted giving nobody a clear answer as to what really happened when Beyonce supposedly belted out the national anthem.
As for the performance, answers to that are still just as unclear as the inauguration performance.
While sources continue to assure fans that Destiny’s Child will reunited on the Super Bowl half time stage, Michelle Williams has already shot down the rumors.
Others are hoping Jay-Z will join his wife on stage, but that isn’t as likely to happen. You’re probably better off betting on the Destiny’s Child reunion.
