Love & Hop NYC To Battle Atlanta In Drama With Tahiry And Joe Budden

Love & Hip Hop: With only a few episodes under its belt Love & Hip Hop Atlanta has already taken the cake for the most drama filled reality show on VH1 geared towards African American women. A petition began after the first episode!!

That isn’t stopping creator and producer Mona Scott Young from attempting to top the drama. After all not many people thought they would watch a few no names struggling artists in Atlanta! Yet Joseline Hernandez, K Michelle, Karlie Redd and the others are pulling over 4 million viewers each week.

Shooting for the premiere season has wrapped up so Mona has moved on to the NYC ladies. Last we checked lead stars Chrissy Lampkin and Emily Bustamante left. In for their replacement, allegedly, are video vixen Tahiry and her on-again off again boyfriend, rapper, Joe Budden. What’s messy about this selection? Joe and Somaya Reece, already a member of LHH NYC, used to date but things ended on a sour note. Videos surfaced of Joe and Somaya dissing each other. Tahiry also jumped in the mix with a video mocking Somaya. Sigh.

It’s hard to believe that anything can top the drama of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta but then again who thought NYC could have been topped?

Emily B also confirmed she and Chrissy will have their respective shows coming soon. Reality TV has no end date in sight. Are you still watching?
