Russell Wilson is an NFL quarterback, a father, a husband, and now it seems that he’s a self-proclaimed hairstylist. On Sunday, June 7, Ciara recorded her husband styling their daughter’s curly locks. Sienna Princess Wilson, who turned 3 years old in April, sat anxiously in a chair while her father was doing her hair.
Throughout the 80-second footage, the Seattle Seahawks star can be seen brushing Sienna’s tresses. The youngster appeared to be restless and started squirming around in her chair. At the :07 mark, Wilson said, “Uh-huh, don’t move too much. Hold on. Wait for one minute. I’m almost done.” Wanting to help her father with her look, Sienna grabbed a bottle of gel and asked her dad to put the product in her hair. “Well, you don’t need that for … you’ve already put that on,” he told her at the :27 mark.
The clip concluded with Sienna rocking a ponytail with two curly stands of hair hanging beside her face. In honor of the Lord’s Day, the song “The Worship Medley: Reckless Love / O Come To The Altar / Great Are You Lord” by Tauren Wells played in the background.
The R&B singer wrote in her caption: “My Beautiful Black Man and My Beautiful Black Princess. 🖤 Worship and Hairstyling #Sunday.” Ciara’s video received over 2 million views and nearly 14,000 comments from people complimenting Wilson for doing his daughter’s hair.
