Tia Mowry-Hardrict has not allowed the pandemic to slow down her exercise regimen. Mowry-Hardict seemingly turned her home into a gym and appears to be determined to maintain her fit figure. The “Sister, Sister” actress posted her at-home workouts to Instagram on Monday, April 6. Her dedication to staying in shape left fans inspired by her work ethic.
The 41-year-old star performed a combination of strength training exercises as the song “Move Ya Body” by Nina Sky played in the background of her 20-second clip. Mowry-Hardrict’s workout ensemble consisted of a black shirt and a pair of black leggings. She wore her black baseball cap turned to the back, and matched her outfit with black running shoes.
Mowry-Hardrict explained that maintaining her figure has not been as easy as it looks. She credits her personal trainer for keeping her in shape during these uncertain times. Fans praised the “Family Reunion” actress for staying consistent with her workouts and having a banging body.
“You look amazing Tia! Goals Af!” one user virtually screamed.
“Get it sis💪🏾,” a second fan encouraged.

Mowry-Hardrict has been trying to keep her body and mind sane amid the COVID-19 outbreak. She shared she meditates frequently to clear her mind, but one particular meditation session caused her to have an emotional breakdown. Mowry-Hardrict implied she started crying because she had too much on her mind. “I think it’s because I was focusing on everyone else and not necessarily myself,” she admitted. “I was focusing on, how do I keep the kids busy, how I’m making dinner, how do I keep my husband busy,” she added.
The former teen actress is married to actor Cory Hardrict and the two have an 8-year-old, Cree, and 1-year-old daughter, Cairo. She explained her husband relieves her from her emotional moments by encouraging her to stay positive during these challenging times.
