‘I’m Seeing Double’: Angela Simmons’ Resemblance to Her Son Has Fans Blown Away in Recent Matching PJs Pic

It’s safe to say that “Growing Up Hip Hop” star Angela Simmons and her toddler Sutton Joseph Tennyson are the definition of “twinning.”

The holidays are right around the corner, and the 32-year-old mother is already posting adorable pics of herself and her 3-year-old son. She took to Instagram on Monday evening and shared a photo of herself and baby Sutton dressed in matching red and black plaid pajamas.

SJ is Simmons’ only child. She and ex-fiancé Sutton Tennyson, who was killed at age 37 in November 2018, welcomed their son in September 2016. The former couple got engaged seven months before the television personality gave birth. They called off their wedding in December 2017 after Simmons claimed she grew unhappy.

“I just got to a place where I felt like I wasn’t happy, and I tried, and I tried, and I tried and I wanted it to work because the last thing I wanted to do was not be together with the person I had my child with,” she said during the season 4 premiere of “GUHH.”

Sunday, Nov. 3, marked the one-year anniversary of Tennyson’s death. He was killed in southwest Atlanta inside his garage after an argument with another man, according to reports.

In a heartfelt message to her late ex-fiancé, Simmons noted that their son was doing well and added, “He’s everything you knew he’d be and even more. I look at him everyday….and I see you so much. You’d be so proud of him. The way I’m proud of him. He talks to me about you before bed.”
