Stacey Dash got in her feelings about Congresswoman Maxine Waters’ epic takedown of conservative politicians and Twitter quickly let the actress have it.
Twitter Users Eviscerate Stacey Dash After Calling Congresswoman ‘Auntie Maxine’ Waters a ‘Buffoon’
The former Fox News correspondent retweeted a story about Waters’ acceptance speech during “Black Girls Rock!” where the politician, who is lovingly referred to as “Auntie Maxine” on social media, vowed to stand up against conservatives.
“I want you to know, if it was not for the love and respect shown to me by Black women, those right-wing ultra conservatives … they would have me believe I’m too Black, I’m too confrontational, I’m too tough and I’m too disrespectful of them. But now I know I’m simply a strong Black woman,” Waters said Tuesday, Aug. 22 to roaring applause.
“I don’t care how big you are, I don’t care how high you are, if you come for me, I’m coming for you!” she added to more cheers.
Enter Dash, who on Thursday, Aug. 24, couldn’t resist a dig at the woman Bill O’Reilly loves to hate.

Dash responded to the scrutiny by tweeting a link she wrote on a conservative website about the supposed truth behind Waters. The article alleges, among other things, that the congresswoman and her family “financially profited from her rise to race heroine while not living in the district she represents.”
