Kanye West Lays Out His Personal Issues with Jay Z at Recent Concert

Kanye West made his latest concert rant all about Jay Z. The rapper unleashed a tirade of remarks against his former collaborator Wednesday. And the words were caught on video and posted online.

West took a breather during the Seattle stop on The St. Pablo Tour to express his issues with Jay.

In one video, the “Famous” MC is heard saying Jay did not check up on him and wife Kim Kardashian after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.

“Don’t call me, after the robbery, and say ‘How you feelin’?’ ” West said on stage in Washington Oct. 19. “You wanna know how I’m feeling? Come by the house.”

“Bring the kids by the house,” he added, referring to his daughter North West, son Saint West and Jay Z’s daughter with Beyoncé Blue Ivy. “Like we’re brothers.”

Half an hour later, West explained why a follow-up to his and Jay’s Watch The Thone album will “never” occur. Originally, West appeared on Drake and Jay Z’s song “Pop Style.” But according to Yeezy, Jay removed his verse because of issues between Tidal and Apple Music.

“Let me tell y’all something,” Kanye said to concert-goers. “There will never be a Watch the Throne 2. You know why? Because that’s the reason why I wasn’t on the song. I wasn’t on the song because of Hov. Because of some Tidal/Apple bulls—. This s— get me tight every time I perform this motherf——.”

In another clip, West went on to explain Jay initially did not want to perform on the track because of rapper Meek Mill, with whom Drake has beef. Still, he went on to spit a couple of lines on the April release.

“Then Jay thought about it and, out of respect for Meek Mill, he ain’t want to be on the track,” West said. “And I said, ‘Look, I’ll call Drake, I’ll call Meek, I’ll call y’all… We gotta let people have this song!’ But then it went out of that territory and it went into some Tidal s—, some political s—, some s—t about percentages on songs. I can’t take this s—, bro! Our kids ain’t never even played together.”

Jay Z has yet to respond.
