Reports: Bobbi Kristina Taken Out of Coma as Bobby Brown Postpones Australian Tour

Bobby Brown While doctors suggest the daughter of the late Whitney Houston is making improvements, her father, R&B icon Bobby Brown, is pushing back his Australian tour dates to make sure he can remain by his daughter’s side.

Meanwhile, more suspicions have started to surround Bobbi Kristina’s faux fiancé and longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon after he filed a restraining order against the Roswell Police Department in Georgia.

There have been some positive updates about Bobbi Kristina’s condition as doctors have decided to wean her off the medication that was keeping her in a medically induced coma, according to People. But the 21-year-old’s future is still uncertain.

Some reports indicate that Bobbi Kristina has already been taken out of the coma but add that she is still on life support. Other reports suggest the process to take her out of a coma is still ongoing.

Her father has decided to push back his Australian tour dates to spend more time by his daughter’s side.

An Australia-based event company announced that the R&B crooner wanted to be “with his family” during this time as he is continuing to ask for both privacy and prayers.

It has been nearly a month since Bobbi was first discovered face down in the bathtub of her Roswell, Georgia, home.

The Australian tour, arranged by Abstract Entertainment, was supposed to be a follow-up to a successful round of shows Brown had in Australia back in 2007.

Brown was scheduled to take the stage alongside Naughty by Nature’s Treach and Kay Gee in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne on various dates throughout March.

Tickets are now promoting dates for late May instead.

The move to push back the dates came after some people took to social media to criticize Brown for appearing at the 2015 BET Honors, which aired Feb. 23.

These critics failed to realize or acknowledge the fact that the BET Honors were pre-taped before his daughter was discovered unconscious.

Bobbi Kristina out of coma As Bobbi Kristina is continuing what many have referred to as a “fight for her life,” her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon is continuing his fight with public speculation that he has something to hide.

Accusations and suspicions continue to swirl around Gordon after mysterious injuries were discovered on Bobbi’s body.

Now that the police have launched an investigation of Gordon, he is going on the offensive and has filed a restraining order against the Roswell Police Department.

Gordon filed the order Monday in Fulton County Superior Court insisting that investigators have no right to carry out a search warrant for footage captured by a security camera, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

The lawsuit also takes aim at the company that made the security camera, Nest Labs, after the company notified Gordon that it had every intention of complying with the warrant.

“The Search Warrant violates the Fourth Amendment in that it is overly broad and seeks private data ‘without limitation,’ and fails to narrowly limit the scope of the data sought by date or other characteristics,” the court documents read, according to the AJC.

Investigators reportedly believe the security cameras could prove Gordon was in possession of illegal substances.

Gordon’s lawyers insist that such information is irrelevant when it comes to the matter that is being investigated.
