’Aw, man!’: Find Out Whether Steve Harvey Hears Wedding Bells In Lori Harvey and Michael B. Jordan’s Future

When it comes to his children, Steve Harvey says: “At the end of the day, I’m a father.” However, the papa bear was left scrambling during an interview with co-hosts Hoda Kotb, and Jenna Bush Hager — one of former President George W. Bush’s twin daughters — after the longtime “Family Feud” host was asked whether he approved of actor Micheal B. Jordan proposing to his stepdaughter and model Lori Harvey

The drink in his cup wasn’t enough to help the veteran comedian deliver a quick answer regarding the trendy Hollywood couple, who have been dating for more than a year. “Whooo. Man, that’s a hard one,” the 65-year-old said during his appearance on the “Today” show.  “You know, I’ve given away two daughters, man, I’ve got four. That’s a really hard one. I would have to say so far, um ….”

Harvey put on a hilarious pantomime as he looked to be in pain and let out a deep sigh while considering the grueling question. “Yeah, yeah…” he said eventually, before quickly adding, “No, no. Aw, man!” The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” actor took a long sip of what looked like whiskey as hosts Hoda and Jenna burst out laughing.

It’s unclear whether their fans will be hearing wedding bells in the near future for the “Creed” star and social influencer. At least for now, Jordan knows he has Harvey’s respect. The 35-year-old earned the badge of honor after correctly answering one question the host had during the candid interview for Paper Magazine.

“You call me OG, I call you young soldier. We text all the time,” Harvey said at the time. “I’m proud of you as a young brother, man, what you’ve done. So it’d only be fitting to close out this interview with me asking you one question: Do you love Lori Harvey?”

Michael answered, “Oh, man. I do. For sure.” At that moment, the legendary comedian declared, “Interview over,” telling the “A Letter for Jordan” star, “You’ve got my respect. Thank you, brother. You’ve got my respect.” Laughter followed. “Hey Mike, at the end of the day, I’m a father.” Michael added, “One thousand percent. And I got nothing but respect for you and the family. That goes without saying.”
