‘Report They A-s’: Tiffany Haddish Exposes ‘Scammers’ Pretending to Represent Her Foundation to Steal Information

Tiffany Haddish is putting a “curse” on a person after they attempted to scam her friends through her She Ready Foundation.

The She Ready Foundation, which was founded by Haddish, was created to assist children living in foster care and young adults who are out of foster care. Haddish explained to her Instagram followers on Aug. 20 that an anonymous person is posing as her She Ready Foundation.

She said, “For the last two weeks, I’ve been getting messages from friends of mine telling me that my foundation, the She Ready Foundation, has been emailing them, asking for their personal information to volunteer.” The comedian went on to help her friends and followers identify when they are being scammed. She said, “If you get an email from somebody saying they represent the She Ready Foundation, and their email does not have ‘shereadyfoundation.com’ in it,” she stopped to clarify that “it should say ‘shereadyfoundation.org’” and said if the email does not have it then “they’re a schemer and a scammer.”

The “Girls Trip” actress encouraged anyone to get a false email to “report they ass.” In the middle of the five-minute video, Haddish proceeded to put a “curse” on the scammer by saying a prayer, in comedic fashion, and asking the Lord to “put it on their heart to stop being a thief.” The 41-year-old who is choosing to keep the scammer’s information private for now said, “My lawyers done sent them cease and desists” and said if it continues, she will “just post all the stuff that they’re doing.”

She further explained in the caption, writing, “There is a Someone out her acting like they represent @shereadyfou. Beware if you receive a Unsolicited email from some Agency saying they represent the @shereadyfoundation and they are a lie. Report them and block them please they are a scammer and schemer.”

In Haddish’s Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer Program, qualified and trained volunteers are paired with a foster child “to ensure they have the services and support needed in the areas important to all children, including a stable home, education, and healthcare.”
