Kandi Burruss’ latest post shocked fans on Jan. 28 after the reality star shared a photo of herself hanging from a sex swing as she promoted her brand Bedroom Kandi.
Burruss, who sported an all-black attire with matching high heeled boots, captioned the upload, “I keep reminding y’all that #ValentinesDay is coming soon! Believe me… you need one of these! 😜 BedroomKandi.com.” Many fans expressed their reactions after viewing the star’s post.

As fans voiced their opinions about Burruss’ sex swing, others defended the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star against those who felt her post’s timing was insensitive following the loss of iconic actress Cicely Tyson hours before. Tyson passed away on Jan. 28 at the age of 96.
One wrote, “All this happened at the same time stop trying to criticize her because the news just came out about Cicely Tyson!!! Hell she could have died yesterday y’all don’t know!!!”
Another said people shouldn’t dictate what the reality star posts on her page. “Can yall stop telling her what to post as if its not HER page! We know Cicely Tyson has passed, and yes she was a legend and yes we all loved her but Kandi posting HER advertisement for HER brand won’t change anything. Stop being so extra guys.”
An Instagram user told the Xscape singer’s followers to stop mentioning Tyson in her comments because the actress had nothing to do with Burruss’ promotion. “Wow can you guys stop with the Cisely Tyson just died comment,” the person said. “Yes, may she Rest In Peace but what does that have to do with Kandi promoting her business. STOP it’s uncalled for.”
Burruss has yet to address the issue.
