‘TIYONCE’: Tia Mowry Models Her New Ivy Park Attire for Instagram

Tia Mowry has been strutting her stuff in some of her new attire gifted to her by Beyoncé. On Nov. 22, she posted a video montage of herself posing in a few of the latest pieces released by Ivy Park as Beyoncé’s song “Already” played in the background.

The caption reads, “Y’all know how much I #love #beyonce! So I had to do it! #black #drip #part #2 #adidasIVYPARK #ThisIsMyPark Thank you @beyonce 🖤.”

Fans hyped up Mowry in the comments as she modeled in the 28-second video.

One person wrote, “Too cute Tia! The jumpsuit looks bomb on you.”

“Aghhh 😍😍😍 seeing you wear it makes me love this collection even more,” said another fan.

Someone else called Mowry “TIYONCE.”

Other fans wondered if the “Sister, Sister” star would be the next celebrity to announce that she was having a quarantine baby.

One person said, “Pregnant are we??? That belly look a little rounded,” while another wrote, “Is that a baby 🤰🏻😍 cute thooo.”

It wouldn’t be such a surprise if the mother of two — 9-year-old son Cree Hardrict and 2-year-old daughter Cairo Hardrict — announced she is expecting. In an interview with Us Weekly last year she revealed that she was thinking about having another child with her husband Cory Hardrict, but she might need some outside influence to help her decide.

“I think I need therapy to figure out if I want another one or not,” she said. “Some days I want to have another one, and then other days I’m like, ‘Are you crazy?’ I was actually talking to one of my girlfriends and I was like, ‘You know what? I want to have another baby, is that crazy?’”

She later added, “I really have to figure this out. I don’t know what’s tugging, you know what I mean? I don’t know.”

Several celebrities have either had their babies or revealed that they were with child throughout this year’s prolonged self-quarantining. Celebrities like former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland and her husband Tim Weatherspoon, Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane and his wife Keyshia Ka’oir, and R&B artist Summer Walker and her producer-boyfriend London on da Track have all announced that they are expecting during the pandemic.

Beloved couple Ciara and Russell Wilson, “Love and Hip Hop” couple Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels, and singer Teyana Taylor and her hubby Iman Shumpert have all welcomed a child during the quarantine.

Democracy needs journalism it can trust.

This election season, the stakes are higher than usual — and so is the pressure on newsrooms to soften their coverage, stay quiet, or just disappear. Independent reporting, the kind that answers to readers instead of advertisers or political pressure, matters more in a moment like this, not less.

For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed independent and reader-funded. We have no corporate owner and no shareholders telling us what to cover or how to cover it. That independence is also our biggest vulnerability: nothing protects it except readers choosing to fund it directly.

Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under in a moment like this, it's rarely the independent, reader-funded ones that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
