Other fans wanted more in-depth details about her rigorous workouts, including one person who commented, “If you don’t mind sharing how many days of the week do you work out and how many hours in the day? You motivate…” Another wrote, “That workout grind don’t STOP. 💪🏽 Can’t wait to start my training! 😆.”

Simmons, 32, often has shared her workout clips, and has been a massive advocate of body positivity. Back in August, the former fashion designer shared a heartfelt message on self-love on her Instagram page.

“Built Not Bought 💪🏽 ‘A strong woman is 100% herself, 100% of the time. “The strongest actions for a woman is to love herself, be herself and shine amongst those who never believed she could,” Angela captioned the lengthy post attached with a photo of herself posing in front of her aerial yoga band.

She went on to note the challenges that you may face as you embrace yourself without the influence of society’s definition of beauty weighing on you. Simmons encouraged her fans to love their bodies through whatever decisions they may make about their bodies.

She concluded her post, saying, “Do what will make you happy in the long run. If it is surgery .. Do it! But just make sure it’s for you. And make sure you LOVE the skin you are in. Flaws and All. I am In Love ♥️ Happy Sunday 💫  #BnB.”
