“Black Ink Crew: Chicago” reality diva Charmaine Walker’s daughter Nola Glenda Bey, by husband Neek Bey, is growing up right in front of fans’ eyes.
The couple recently documented baby Nola enjoying some strawberries that the 7-month-old grew a taste for as she continued to chew.
“Strawberries were sour first, then sweet! I washed it down in my new sippy cup,” one of the parents captioned Nola’s post before adding the emojis “🍓🍓🍓🍓💧💧💧💧.”
Baby Nola turned up her lips, looking as though she didn’t like the strawberries at first, but as a viewer keeps scrolling through the pics it becomes apparent that the fruit eventually became a food favorite for her, as bits of strawberries are all over her high-chair and spoon.
Fans of the 2nd City Ink owner couldn’t help but gush over baby Nola enjoying her delicious snack and growing up so fast.
“@NolagBey adorable simply adorable… can’t wait till she starts talking ❤️.”
“Sippy cup already; she was just born yesterday, lol she’s growing up fast.”
“Aww, she growing up soooooo fast; it seems like yesterday u had her 🥰😉😍.”
“Hey, Big gurlllll Yass 😍😍😍😘😘😘.”
From the looks of things, Nola is quite the character, and she’s not even a toddler yet. On Sunday, Sept. 6, Walker recorded herself helping Nola sing Master P’s “Make ’Em Say Ugh.”
“Nola, ‘make em sing ugh,'” Walker said to her daughter. Nola attempted to show off her rapping skills and repeated, “ugh,” with the 30-year-old following with, “N nah n nah!”
Walker then laughed, but Nola seemed over her mother trying to get her to spit bars.
Walker and Bey named their daughter Nola Glenda Bey after Walker’ late mother, Glenda Walker, who died of a heart attack in October 2019.
Walker admitted on July 16 that losing her mother hurts more than ever, and being a new mom during the pandemic is a struggle.
As she continues to mourn her mother’s passing, Nola has given her the drive she needs to continue on and Walker seems to be enjoying the mommy life since welcoming her daughter in March.
