‘I Run to the Fridge’: Porsha Williams Jokingly Shares the Secret to Her Fabulous Figure

Porsha Williams has worked hard for her figure! The cast member of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” recently shared the secret behind her snatched physique in an Instagram post from Sunday, Aug. 16.

Porsha flaunted her fabulous body in a photo that showed her wearing a sexy black romper that hugged her curves in all the right places. Her low-cut neckline highlighted her cleavage and her yellow belt from Off-White accentuated her small waistline. As for her accessories, Porsha rocked a pair of Louis Vuitton sandal stilettos and a small black-and-white handbag. The mother of one’s hair was curled to perfection and extended below her shoulders. She completed her radiant appearance with a fierce smoky eye and a brown pout. Leaning against a white wall, the talent from “Dish Nation” struck her pose by smizing at the camera. “Proceed with caution⚠️,” she captioned the image.

Almost instantly, people gravitated toward the photo and flooded the 39-year-old reality star with compliments about her curves. One user gushed underneath the photo: “😍You look tf good😘😘,” while another person wrote, “Off white ,body right , everything right😍.” Somebody else asked: “You look amazing. What is your go to work out?? I need to get motivated.” Porsha responded: Well sometimes I run to the frig lol.” But another person commented on her rumored breakup with businessman Dennis McKinley, writing “Single looks great on you😍.”

Last week gossip swirled that the couple called off their engagement after Porsha shared a cryptic message on social media that read “You was really really lucky, RELAX” and unfollowed Dennis from Instagram.

The restaurant owner did not directly address the breakup, but he did unfollow her from social media as well. The pair share their 1-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena’ McKinley and had not yet set a wedding date at the time of their alleged split.

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
