According to some fans, Toni Braxton has some explaining to do. The R&B living legend took to Instagram to celebrate her oldest son, Denim Braxton-Lewis, on his milestone achievement of graduating from high school, but his resemblance to Braxton’s producer and longtime friend Kenneth “Babyface” Edmunds turned a few heads.
The “Unbreak My Heart” singer shared an image of her 18-year-old son’s graduation photo, along with the caption “Proud mom of Denim Kole Braxton Lewis, Class of 2020. @denimbraxton 🎓.”
In the image, Denim, whose father is Toni’s ex-husband songwriter Keri Lewis dons his Oaks Christian High School cap, gown, and sash while stoically gazing off-camera into the distance.
Some of the “Breathe Again” songstress’s friends and family members dropped by her comments section to wish her eldest son well as he moves into the next phase of life. “Yay❤️❤️❤️,” his aunt and “To Catch a Beautician” host Tamar Braxton wrote. Kris Jenner also commented, saying “Congratulations!!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍😍”
Toni’s fans also joined in on the celebration, congratulating Denim for his milestone achievement and Toni for a job well done, while also calling out what they saw as a strong resemblance to Toni’s longtime friend and producer Babyface.

According to his social media, Denim will be taking his talents to Grand Canyon University this fall.
Braxton and Lewis, who divorced in 2013 after 12 years of marriage, are parents to both Denim and his younger brother, 17-year-old model Diezel.
