Angela Simmons‘ son Sutton Joseph Tennyson apparently knows how to swear in another language, according to fans.
On Friday, June 5, the single mother of one posted a cute Instagram video of her 3-year-old son and his godbrother singing in Spanish. In the clip, SJ’s godbrother sang, “Get my culo” and SJ seemingly sang back, “Pequeno pendejo.”
Simmons clearly didn’t have a clue as to what the boys were saying and asked in the video, “What are y’all singing?” She then gushed over the pair in her post and wrote, “Making the best of our times , creating memories that last a lifetime 💫 @4kira4moms ❤️.”
However, fans pointed out that the little ones were apparently cursing in Spanish. Culo translates into a– in Spanish, while pendejo is equivalent to calling someone an a–hole, according to Mexicanspanish.com.
A fan wrote, “OMG, They’re cursing in Spanish!!! 🤣😂😂 Hahahahahaha” and another said, “O LORD THATS BSD WORDS IN SPANISH😱😱😂😂😂😂😂 SJ is good@spanish.” A third person added, “He just cursed in Spanish🤷😂 that’s pendejo is a bad word SJ lol kids I tell you these days.” A fourth fan commented, “He gon be cursing yo a– out in Spanish 😂😂😂 TAKE THE WHEEL JESUS 🙄😫😂😍 get some soap for his cute lil mouth 😂 and wash it out”
Simmons shared SJ with her late fiancé Sutton Tennyson, who was shot and killed in November 2018. The pair had split as a couple before his death.
The television personality is currently focused on being the best mother she can to her son. She penned a sweet message to him in February 2018 that read, “All I want to be is the best mother I can possibly be to him. A trip down memory lane . He’s growing so quickly. This little boy has given me the strength I needed at so many times. Thank you God for such a perfect blessing .. I found myself when I had you ! ❤️ #BecauseYouLoved me.”
On Mother’s Day, May 10, she also shared a photo of herself and her son together and promised to have his back. “Got your back , side and front no matter what the circumstances!!! Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mama’s Out there ♥️,” Simmons wrote.
