Angela Simmons‘ son Sutton Joseph Tennyson is clearly her mini-me.
The 32-year-old mother posted a picture of her three-year-old son to Instagram on Wednesday, March 27, and expressed how much he needed a haircut.
“We need a haircut lol 😂 #quartinelife,” the single mother of one wrote.
In the image Simmons posted of baby SJ, he wore a gray sweatsuit with a red sports visor that slightly covered his curls. He posed against a wall and smiled big for the camera. Fans claimed the toddler had the same smile as his mother.

Simmons welcomed SJ in September 2016 with her then fiancé Sutton Tennyson.
Tennyson was tragically shot and killed in November 2018 in front of his Atlanta home. He and Simmons were not together at the time of his death and had called off their engagement in December 2017.
On the Jan. 23 episode of “GUHH,” Simmons broke down into tears while describing how she had to explain Tennyson’s death to their son. She claimed baby SJ asked if his deceased father was “alive” after she showed him a series of photos and videos of Tennyson.
“I was just like, ‘No. He’s not,” the reality star tearfully said she explained to her son. “This is the first time I’m having to explain it to him, which is, like, super sad, because he’s 3. How do you explain to a 3-year-old that they’re never going to see them again? Other than my own way, which is like, ‘He’s in heaven, he’s with God.’”
She added, “It was super hard to have that conversation with him.”
After sharing what happened, viewers instantly showered Simmons with support.
“Stay Strong for your little boy❤️🙏🏿😭 God and your loved ones will give you strength. ❤️ It’s a beautiful thing to be open and vulnerable like this,” one person said at the time.
A second person commented, “You are a wonderful mother and you are strong God bless you and your son. So heartbreaking praying for you & SJ 💔 🙏🏽”
Another person added, “Words can’t explain 😭stay prayed little sister we love you 😍”
