It seems naysayers are raining on Joseline Hernandez‘s parade when it comes to her recent engagement to DJ Balistic Beats.
On the finale of “Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop” edition last week, Beats proposed to Hernandez in front of the world and asked her to marry him. The 32-year-old reality star couldn’t be happier to be engaged, and she isn’t afraid to shout it to the world.
She took to Instagram on Sunday, April 12, and posted a thirst trap of herself wearing a barely-there skirt and tiny crop top. She wrote in her caption, “I’m Getting Married Bishhhhhh I ❤️ you @balisticbeats. Thank you Everyone for congratulating me on my engagement ❤️❤️ Tap for details on my Amazing Glam!”
While many of Hernandez’s fans celebrated with her, others brought up her hoaxed marriage with ex-fiancé Stevie J.
“Fr this time?”
“Is it gon be real this time 😒”
“Don’t fake it like you did with Stebie.”
“Gotta divorce Stevie first 😂”
“Joseline begged him for that ring😂😂😂😂I didn’t have to do all that to get proposed to! Act like a damn lady and she probably would have gotten it faster! He doesn’t want to marry her!”
In 2013, Hernandez and Stevie J. claimed they had tied the knot, but it was later revealed their marriage was fake.
In 2016, Hernandez, still pregnant at the time with her now-3-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella, filed a paternity petition against Stevie J. The legal documents claimed the pair were in an intimate relationship but were not legally married. In the affidavit obtained by Bossip at the time, Hernandez stated, “[Hernandez] and Mr. Steven Jordan were involved in a long-term romantic relationship. We engaged in sexual intercourse with each other in the month of April 2016. As a result of the intercourse, I conceived a child with Mr. Jordan.”
On season 5 of “LHHATL,” Stevie J. also came forward and confessed that his marriage to Hernandez was fake. The couple officially split a few months before she gave birth to their daughter in December 2016.
As for the “Puerto Rican Princess” and Beats, the two plan to walk down the aisle this Christmas.
