“H.E.R.” gave some financial assistance to her team in the wake of the current pandemic.
The artist Ajanee, who provides vocal support for H.E.R., revealed the news on Wednesday, April 1 in an Instagram message. She also said the gift was pretty substantial.
“All of us were infected with the virus,” wrote Ajanee. “Today This BOSS just blessed her whole team with some COVID 19 funds to help us through the next few months. I’m not talking about a lil bag for groceries! SHE JUST BLESSED EVERY LAST ONE OF US! THANK YOU sis!
“I hope every artist who HAS it like that gives back to their team!” her message continued. “Especially if they have been down from day 1. Thank You @hermusicofficial for being someone who leads by example!”
In the comments, many said they hope Ajanee and her family makes a full recovery. A lot of people praised H.E.R. as well.
“She is as amazing as the energy she gives💙💙💙🔥🔥🔥,” someone wrote.
“This is commendable @hermusicofficial That’s why I stan,” another comment read. “You can feel her heart and soul through her music. 👏🙌🏾”

H.E.R. acknowledged Ajanee’s message in her Instagram Stories by posting it also on Wednesday.
The day before, Tuesday, March 31, H.E.R posted a message to first responders of the virus and performed a song from her home on her acoustic guitar.
The singer was also one of the artists who performed on Fox’s “The iHeartRadio Living Room Concert for America” on Sunday, March 29.
“Music heals!!!” wrote H.E.R. in the caption of the video. “Thank you to all of the first responders, doctors, nurses, grocery workers and everyone on the front line!”
