‘That’s Why Riley Said What She Said:’ Kandi Buruss Pissed At Todd Tucker For Going Out To The Club Right After Baby Blaze Was Born

Having a baby brings happiness and moments of bonding for couples worldwide. But for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” couple Kandi Burruss and husband Todd Tucker, things didn’t turn out the way one would think after they welcomed their daughter Blaze Tucker into the world Nov.22.

In a baby update video published to Burruss’ YouTube account, KandiOnline, the couple discussed what life has been like since baby Blaze arrived. In the video, Burruss mentioned that Tucker’s selfishness has put a dent in their relationship.

“Sir, we need to go to counseling or something because I do not like you right now,” she said. “We got a new baby, and when it’s time to do the late-night hours, he doesn’t try to chip in whatsoever.”

Tucker disagreed, responding: “That’s not true.”

Burruss got even more riled up after mentioning that Tucker wanted to go to the club following Blaze’s birth two nights in a row.

“She ain’t even a week old yet,” she said.

Fans were siding with Burruss on the disagreement in the clip.

“Man naw! They baby wasn’t even a week old? We woulda been fighting.”

“Man naw! They baby wasn’t even a week old? We woulda been fighting.”

“Wait wtf… husband going clubbing instead of helping with your 1-week old baby? 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩.”

“She got every right to feel some type of way! The baby is fresh out.”

Fans even brought up Kandi’s eldest daughter Riley Burruss.

“That’s why Riley said what she said! 😂🤦🏽‍♀️.”

“Reason why Riley said no more kids 🤣😂🤣.”

Riley wasn’t too ecstatic about her mom having more children after little brother Ace Wells Tucker.

Burruss previously discussed her desire to use the two remaining embryos she still has with her husband.

“I feel fine telling you to leave them in the freezer,” the now 17-year-old said of her mom explaining she doesn’t “feel right,” leaving the embryos frozen.

“I thought you said you wanted a little sister?” Burruss responded.

“That was until I saw how y’all were around children,” Riley hits back.

“When I was younger, you were around 24/7. I didn’t even think you had a job. You work too much … I know I get sad when you just come back for like, a day or two, and then leave back out.”

Burruss confessed to her daughter she doesn’t make her feel missed, but then Riley hit her mother with “RHOA” co-star Nene Leakes’ iconic quote: “I said what I said.”
