Nearly two months apart, Beyoncé thought up wearing a David Koma gown that former reality TV star Draya Michele wore in September.
The sheer, sparkly, beige-colored gown features a plunging neckline and a split in the back. Page Six reported the Sequins Bra Detail Gown retails for $1,910 and after Bey wore it this past weekend, it sold out from Moda Operandi.
But back on Sept. 30, Michele wore it first. The one-time “Basketball Wives” star sat down at the Girafe Restaurant in Paris, France, for dinner with Koma himself.
Draya wore her black, shoulder-length hair down and kept her accessories simple with medium-sized hoop earrings and a small metallic clutch.
Many fans poured out with compliments raving about Michele’s appearance.

By Nov. 16, fans of Queen Bey were saying “Damn, Bey” when they saw the singer wear the same high-priced gown to husband Jay-Z’s Shawn Carter Foundation Gala in Hollywood, Florida. The singer wore her crimped brown hair down as it fell to the middle of her back. She accessorized the gold-flecked dress with a custom-made Judith Leiber clutch shaped like bank notes and inscribed as billion-dollar bills, according to Page Six. Bey’s look was rounded out by wearing a pair of Tree of Life diamond earrings by Hanut Singh.
Instantly, fans raved about the fit of the dress, which came courtesy of a London designer whom Bey has frequently worked with for events and performances.
