‘Looking Just Like Yo Mama’: Kandi Burruss’ Daughter Is the Spitting Image of ‘RHOA’ Star in New Pic

Kandi Burruss daughter is continuing to blossom into her own woman, but a new photo she shared on her Instagram page has fans thinking she’s turning into “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star herself.

Riley Burruss appeared to be soaking up a football game of her younger brother Ace Wells Tucker when she snapped some pics in a hot pink jacket from Nicki Minaj’s Fendi collection. She wore matching eyeshadow to boot and had her lashes done. The 17-year-old made a kissy face for the camera and crossed her well-manicured hands in her lap.

“and that’s a Fendi Fact! #fendiprintson,” read Riley’s caption, remarking on the jacket picked out by stylist Jeremy “No IG Jeremy” Haynes.

Many fans instantly saw Burruss in Riley and made it a point to share the observation.

“You look EXACTLY like your mom in this pic!”

“Cute.😍Looking just like yo Mama.”

“Riley not only are u a beautiful young lady but u are the split image of ur mom #RealLive 👭”

This is not the first time that Riley has been compared to her famous mom in the looks department. When the duo attended an event for Minaj’s limited-edition clothing collection together in October, many fans marveled over the idea that they looked more like siblings than anything else.

“You and Baby sister looking like!!🙏💯🔥🌹”

“Sisters, lol!”

“Absolutely beautiful😍‼️Riley is growing up so fast into a gorgeous young lady. You both look like twins. #twins #beautifulmotherdaughter #happy”

Despite their sister-like resemblance, Riley is Burruss’ only daughter and she’s soon to be the oldest of three children.

This season of “RHOA” will see Burruss’ journey to expand her family through surrogacy. The new baby girl will join 3-year-old Ace Wells Tucker and teenage Riley in the famed Georgia singer’s household with Burruss’ husband Todd Tucker.

The star is utilizing in vitro fertilization to welcome another baby, which was the same process Burruss went through to become pregnant with Ace in 2015. However, with her struggle with uterine fibroids, the performer elected not to carry her baby this time around. Burruss confirmed with Us Weekly last November that she and Tucker obtained a surrogate to expand their family.

Independent journalism doesn't fund itself.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
