It looks like “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J. will be in full daddy mode for the following year.
The father of six was granted full custody of he and Joseline Hernandez‘s two-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella, according to court documents supposedly obtained by Bossip.
The documents reportedly show Stevie J. as baby Bonnie’s primary custodian and Hernandez as the parent granted visitation. The site claims the music producer will have full custody of their baby girl and will no longer have to pay the “Run Me My Money” artist $1,000 a month in child support. Both parents, according to Bossip, are ordered to financially provide for the child when she’s within their care.
The pair’s status hearing on their custody case has been postponed for four months from now and Stevie will have full custody of the two-year-old up until February 2020. A family court judge of Georgia ordered for he and Hernandez to resolve their custody battle through mediation.
The former couple descended into a nasty custody battle in early August after the music producer claimed his ex-fiancée denied him the right to see their daughter, although Hernandez slapped down his allegations. Weeks later, the pair along with their significant others and toddler, were spotted hanging out together and announced to the public they’d mended their co-parenting relationship.
“A lot of stuff going on in the blogs about me and Joseline,” Stevie J. said in a video posted to his page on August 31. “We’re co-parenting, everything smooth.”
Hernandez seconded Stevie J.’s comments and wrote in a separate post, “My first born harder than a lot of you niggas✌🏽. … The Primary custody of my daughter belongs to her Mother and her Father. Is sad that you so call reporters obtain fake paperwork to ruin relationships. So if you had a question of her where abouts…….. She’s in the sky!”
Fans of Stevie and the mother of one were happy to see them put aside their differences for the sake of their daughter.
“I love this proud of ya’ll 💋🙏🏼 I’m so here for this you guys have matured so much. I thank God y’all letting the drama go. The benefit is Bonnies heart,” one fan commented at the time.
