Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena went all out for Halloween this year and decided to pose as one of Hollywood’s favorite couples, the Wests.
The “Love and Hip Hop: New York” couple decided to pay special homage to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West by recreating their infamous 2013 Met Gala look. Kardashian, who was pregnant at the time, wore a floral Givenchy dress, while the “Jesus Walks” rapper stuck to the basics with a black tux.
Mena, who’s currently with child, wore a similar dress, plus a pair of matching gloves, and Samuels sported an identical tuxedo to West’s, and also mimicked the Chicago artist’s baffled look. The coupled apparently used a digital cropping tool to insert themselves in Kardashian and West’s place on the Met Gala red carpet, which upped the effect a notch.
Samuels captioned one of his posts, “🎃 Happy Halloween From the 2013 met gala The Samuels West. Hey @kimkardashian tell Kanye I said Waddup 😤.”
Mena reposted a second photo of herself and her husband and wrote in the caption, “😂 Seriously so much fun. My husband took this very serious.”
Kardashian herself even featured the couple on her Instagram Stories with the caption “They killed this!!!”
Samuels and Mena’s fans had a field day with the images and flooded their posts with hilarious comments.

Samuels and Mena are closing out their year with quite a bang.
The couple tied reportedly tied the knot on Monday, Oct. 7, and their exquisite ceremony will be shown on season 10 of “LHHNY.” Not to mention the couple revealed last month they are expecting their first child together.
Their unborn daughter will be Samuels’ first child. Mena, however, also is the mother of 12-year-old King Conde.
The “Hunnid” rapper celebrated the news of his unborn daughter and wrote via Instagram on October 13, “I’ve been surrounded by women my whole life…. 1 more wont hurt 🎀🎀😂😂😂 My daughter is on the way 🙏🏾.”
