‘Meant to Be’: Erica Mena and Safaree Share Throwback Posts of Where Their Love Began

It looks like Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels were a match made in heaven.

The “Love and Hip Hop” pair initially met each other in 2017 after they both starred on the VH1 reality series “Scared Famous.” Even then, Samuels knew his now-wife was the woman for him, although she dodged a few of his passes.

The New York rapper took to Instagram on Monday evening and posted an old clip of himself shooting his shot at the 31-year-old model by offering her “foot rubs.” At the time, Samuels jokingly claimed that Mena would be his wife and have his “baby.”

“I said this 3 years ago not knowing it would all come true wow,” the father-to-be wrote via Instagram. “Speak it Into reality my brothers πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.”
