‘It’s Been 4 Business Days’: Alexis Skyy and Trouble Get Dragged for Posting Video of Them ‘Still Going Strong’

It seems social media users aren’t really buying Alexis Skyy‘s loving relationship with her new boyfriend Trouble.

The television personality and her boo let the world know this past weekend, they were still together despite people supposedly wanting them to break up. Skyy took to her Instagram story on Monday morning and posted a video of her and Trouble out and about at a baseball game.

The 25-year-old model seemingly took out her cellphone camera and recorded her and the “She a Winner” rapper boasting about their relationship.

“We’re still rocking real strong now,” Trouble said in the video. “I know y’all waiting on this s–t to fail. … Eat up lil baby eat eat. …”

Social media users were thrown off by the rapper’s comments, considering he and Skyy apparently have only been together for a few months. Others feel Trouble addressing the supposed “haters” was pointless.

“What is he talking about ain’t nobody worried about them 🤦🏽‍♀️ and they better be going strong it’s only been 4 business days 😆”

“Still .. ngga been together for 3 hours .. 🤫 I give it to Dec 31st”

“Who even knows you to care that your relationship fails????? weird flex, but ok 🙄. .. He was feeling himself with this one”

“It’s only been 72 hours since they started dating 😭 if they make it till Jan that’s a whole marriage in the social world! 😒😩🙄”

Fans expressed their skepticism about the Atlanta native last month after Skyy allegedly got into a brawl with a group of girls over him at their “Winner’s Only” pool party in August. Not to mention, Trouble also was seen in another post placing the “Love and Hip Hop: New York” actress into a chokehold, which many people took issues with.

Details about the couple’s dating history are unknown, but according to an old Instagram picture posted on Trouble’s page, they were spotted together around July 16.

Skyy recently defended her relationship with the rapper against fans who claimed she was forcing their relationship on them. She hit back via Instagram last month, writing, “Guess what hit the unfollow button luv, cause ima bout to tag him all on your s–t next.”

Independent journalism doesn't fund itself.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
