‘LHHATL’ Star Karlie Redd Stuns Fans With Natural Beauty: ‘She Actually Looks Goodt!’

Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” diva Karlie Redd recently blew fans away with her makeup-free bare face.

Redd’s age may continue to remain a mystery, although some fans believe she’s pushing 60, but one thing that’s never up for discussion is her timeless beauty.

The mother of one took to her Instagram story on Tuesday afternoon with a video clip of her seemingly at a hair salon. In the clip, the celeb’s hairstylist was brushing through her blond-and-brown ombre waves as she flossed her natural bare face on camera.

Her vibrant yet girlish looks drew a wave of compliments from fans who gawked at her natural beauty.

“She may be many things but this woman is gorgeous 👏🏾😍 she actually looks goodt without no makeup!”

“She look better without make up 😍I almost didn’t even recognize her wow she looks stunning!”

“She’s naturally pretty 😍 and looks better than half you females at 23 🤷.”

“How old is she tho that’s the crzy part🤣 she can’t be that old tho … it’s crzy how no one knows her age 😫nevertheless she looks fab 😻!”

“She looks soooooooooo much better without all that heavy makeup. Beautiful 😍!”

Some folks accused her of using a filter.

“That ain’t natural it’s called a filter💁🏽‍♀️ cuts about 10 years off🤨.”

“I hate when you tryna be cute and the filter keep moving 🙄.”

Redd currently stars on season 8 of “LHHATL,” and so far she happens to be at the center of drama with her co-star Pooh Hicks, who accused her of having a threesome with her and her husband Hiriam Hicks. Although Redd has denied Pooh’s accusations, her co-star won’t let their drama go.

Nevertheless, Redd appears to be rising up above the drama and basking in love with her fiancé Mo “Money” Fayne. She posted a photo of her and her soon to be hubby on Valentine’s with a caption that read, “Happy Valentines Day! ❤️ Nothing can stop Us We all the way up! 🙌🏽💍💯.”

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
