Social media appears to be at a loss for words regarding Reginae Carter‘s romance with rapper YFN Lucci.
Carter, the eldest daughter of rapper Lil Wayne, has evidently been off and on with her beau for the past year, but the 20-year-old let fans know this week they’re back together.
She took to Instagram on March 25 with photos of her and the “Everyday We Lit” artist on vacation in Miami, Florida. According to Lucci’s Instagram page, the two were spending the evening together on a yacht while jet skiing for the first time.
In one of Carter’s photos posted to her social media, the pair were hugged up with each other as the rapper kissed her on the forehead. She indicated that her and Lucci’s relationship was complicated, writing in her caption, “Explain our love ? I don’t need to ..🤷🏾♀️❤️.”

Fans who’ve been following the pair’s relationship since they publicly announced it in early 2018 seemed fed up with their rocky romance and urged them to keep their “problems” off of social media.
“Am I the only one over their dysfunctional ass relationship already 😩?” one fan wrote underneath Carter’s post. “Oh lord she just doesn’t get it.”
“Stop coming to Instagram posting ya’ll problems cause it’s you that’s gon keep looking stupid,” another fan wrote. “Leaving eachother stay on they wishlist 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️.”
“Toxic babe, it’s toxic 😒,” someone else commented. “She could do so much better than him leave him!”
Others praised the young couple for flaunting their love on the ‘Gram.

Earlier in February, Carter, and Lucci, 28, apparently called it quits after fans noticed the “Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta” alum deleted all of her photos of him from her social media. She also tweeted innuendo statuses, indicating that her boyfriend never really “cared” about her and that she hated ”a friendly a– nigga.”
Two weeks after the reality star’s stream of tweets suggesting that she and her boyfriend had called it quits, she posted intimate photos of them celebrating his birthday together. Despite the couple’s unstable relationship, they appear to be happier than ever together at this moment in time.
