Rasheeda Frost Sweeps Fans Off Their Feet with Her ‘Summer’ Drip: ‘You Be Dressing Girl!’

Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” actress Rasheeda Frost is becoming a fashion god in the eyes of fans.

Frost, who owns two clothing boutiques in Atlanta and Houston, recently shared a post sporting a few garments from her Pressed store. She donned a tie-dye T-shirt with the word “positive” plastered across it and paired it with distressed high-waist denim shorts. She accessorized her attire with orange sock booties, an oversized yellow tote, gold-and-black bangles, a circle pendant, gold-toned bamboo hoop earrings that retail for $26.50 on her site, and black aviator glasses.

The 36-year-old rocked a more natural makeup look, including a nude-colored lipstick, and slicked her natural hair into a high bun. She wrote in her Instagram caption on Sunday “Felt like summer today☀️☀️ full fit 💙💚.”

Fans ogled the reality star’s “tomboy chic” fashion look and showered her with compliments.

“You be dressing girl 🔥🔥!” one fan commented underneath her photo. “You look good my sister I’ll be loving your fashion!”

“When I pop I want clothes from PRESSED cause ya fits be on POINT Mama Sheeda 👏🏽😤,” another fan added. “This look is too fyre 🔥❤️!”

“Omg @rasheeda be coming with hunny she not letting up at all 😍,” a third person added. “I love the way you dress 🔥.”

Another fan wrote. “She like a Barbie doll with all the accessories……so pretty so dope!😍 can’t wait to see you on LHHATL tonight.”

Frost, along with the other “LHHATL” veterans like her husband Kirk Frost, Bambi, Lil Scrappy, Tokyo Vanity, MiMi Faust, Karlie Redd and Yung Joc, will make a grand return to the VH1 series for season 8, which will air at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on March 25. The show’s newest additions include Tiny Harris‘ longtime friend Shekinah Jo Anderson, female rappers Akbar J and Pooh, as well as “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” cast mate Moniece Slaughter, who is apparently replacing Tommie Lee since she either quit or was fired from the show.

This season, Rasheeda will meet Kirk’s 2-year-old love child Kannon for the first time, a boy Kirk had with former stripper Jasmine Washington during season 6.

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
