Usually when someone from “Power” posts a photo of themselves, they’re plagued with a lot of questions about when season six will return. But when Rotimi, who plays Andre Coleman on the show did so, he was asked about fathering twins.
Not just anyone’s twins but “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta’s” Erica Dixon‘s, who’s currently expecting but has yet to reveal who the father is.
According to a report, one of Dixon’s friends started a rumor that Rotimi is the dad, and it got so big he ended up addressing it.
Dixon also shared a photo of herself and the actor at the close of 2018 when she made an end-of-the-year Instagram video, and that certainly didn’t help quell the chatter about Rotimi having two new babies on the way.
“Are you going to be a dad,” someone asked him under his March 23 Instagram post.
“Not at all,” he replied. “#FakeNews.”
Dixon also denied the rumor under an Instagram video that she too posted on Saturday, March 23.
“Are you really pregnant by romiti?” someone asked.
“False info,” Dixon wrote back.
But despite the two shooting down the rumor, people still talked about the possibility of them starting a family together and some loved the idea.
“You guys would make a lovely couple and a beautiful family,” someone wrote on Instagram.
There were also some of the actor’s female fans who seemed happy about the baby rumor not being true.
“Yass, #FakeNews!! You can only be MY Baby Daddy!!” a fan wrote on Instagram.
