In 2014, the two besties starred in VH1 reality series “Tiny and Shekinah’s Weave Trip” together, where they traveled to different cities promoting Anderson’s hair services. However, the show ended after its first season, and the pair were said to be not quite as chummy afterward.
But it was in 2017 that Harris and Anderson reportedly had their big falling-out and unfollowed each other on social media. An anonymous source told the Jasmine Brand that a mutual friend whom Harris introduced Anderson to was the reason the two were at odds. Anderson and the mutual friend began feuding, and Anderson expected Harris to back her up. When that didn’t happen their friendship was a wrap, or so fans thought.
Harris and Anderson have seemingly mended their friendship and have been spotted all over social media together. Harris took to Instagram on Monday and shared a video of herself and Anderson hanging out at what appeared to be a nightclub in Atlanta. The dynamic duo boasted about their rekindled friendship on their social pages.
Harris wrote in her video caption, “Having a little safe fun with my damn buddy @thatshekinah 👑.”
Anderson followed up with a caption of her own stating, “Me and my ace @majorgirl what y’all thought!!!???? 🤪.”
Fans of the longtime besties couldn’t have been happier to see the two reunite.
“Whodini wrote a song about you all call FRIENDS ❤️. Glad you all made amends!” one person wrote underneath Harris’ comments.
Another added, “😍 Love seeing you two together! That’s what’s call real friends!”
“I love y’all 😂, ” a third fan added. “True down ass friends r hard to find! Hold on to them their like a diamond in the ruff, very hard to find.”
Months before their big falling-out in 2017, the besties were allegedly set to do a late night talk show with VH1, but the deal was seemingly removed off of the table when they parted ways.
