Fans Love Ciara and Russell Wilson’s Commitment to Family and Name Russ ‘Father of the Year’

Grammy-award winning singer Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson are making waves after fans fawned over their latest public family moment.

Ciara and her hubby were spotted this week at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, with their daughter Sienna, 1, and the singer’s son Future Zahir, 4. Wilson took to his Instagram account on Monday and shared a video of himself and the kids taking a photo with the Disney characters Jessie and Woody from “Toy Story.”

In the video, Wilson tends to both children, making sure they’re OK before posing for a mini family portrait. Ciara, who seems to be recording the sweet moment, can be heard in the background of the video.

“Hangin’ out w/ the kids in the backyard with Woody & Jessie #Disney,” the Seattle Seahawks quarterback wrote in his caption.

Fans gushed over Ciara and Wilson’s “beautiful” family while deeming the football player “father of the year.”

“This man’s father game is on a thousand percent,” one fan wrote.

A second commented, “#Fatheroftheyear no matter how busy he makes his sweet fam a priority 😍!”

“Russ Your a good man, husband and Father ❤️. I love ya’lls beautiful family,” another added. “Father goals 🙌🏽.”

Ciara and Wilson first began dating in 2015 and married a year later in July 2016. The pair said their connection with each other was instant and they bonded over the same values.

The “My Goodies” singer had just split with rapper Future, who’s the father of Future Zahir, before meeting Wilson, and she also was in the middle of a custody battle. Ciara said her 4-year-old son’s connection with Wilson was instant.

“He’s been such an incredible father since day one,” Ciara told E! News in May, 2018. “He’s so loving and very patient. He also likes to have fun — he’s very spontaneous — and we just have a good time as a family.”

The couple welcomed their daughter Sienna in April 2017. For Wilson, he said there’s nothing like coming home to both his daughter and little Future after being on the road for football.

“More than anything, when you have your own family and it continues to grow, it’s a special thing,” the football player said. ” I’m truly grateful every day to get to come home and it puts a smile on my face every time.”
