“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Rasheeda Frost has folks asking what her secret is to maintaining a youthful appearance after she braved the 10-year challenge on social media.
The first social media challenge of 2019 is calling for folks to share a throwback photo of themselves from 10 years ago next to a current image of themselves in comparison. Regular social media users aren’t the only ones participating in the trend; celebs are also joining in on the fun, including “LHHATL” actress Frost.
The mother of two took to Instagram on Sunday and posted a photo of herself from 2009. In the old image of herself, she wore black shorts, a black T-shirt and a black leather vest that exposed her tattoos. Her hair was picked out in curls and rested just above her shoulders.

The “LHHATL” star captioned her IG post, “2009 vs 2019 đâ¨.”
Fans fawned over how youthful Frost still looked in her 2019 photo and proclaimed that she looked the same as 10 years ago.
