Gone are the days when “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kenya Moore would hide her baby girl’s face from the world. Now, the 1-month-old’s mother has set up Brooklyn Doris Daly with her own Instagram account and fans are loving what they see.
“All fresh and clean 🧼 🛁 😙,” the caption on Moore and husband Marc Daly’s baby’s photo reads.
Fans loved the pic of a swaddled Brooklyn and couldn’t help but remark about how much she’s been filling out.
“Omg Brooklyn getting chunky look at those cheeks 😍”
“She’s gaining weight so fast, looking very precious. I always knew she wasn’t that small like pple kept saying.”
“Awww Brooklyn Your So Gorgeous And Getting So Big 😍😍😍”
“She getting fat😊”
Others remarked on how generally adorable Brooklyn is.
“Awwww so adorable.”
“She’s a Gem 💎🥰”
Moore welcomed Brooklyn Doris, who is named after the former reality stars’ late grandmother, into the world on Nov. 4. But delivering her “miracle baby” was not easy.
The first-time mother was forced to undergo an emergency cesarian section. And the procedure that can usually take up to 45 minutes to perform was complicated by large fibroids that were in the way. It wound up lasting three hours.
“They couldn’t get the baby out,” she told People magazine of the harrowing ordeal. “There were all these complications and they knew if they cut into a fibroid, I could potentially bleed out and die. So they ended up cutting me vertically too, to just get the baby out and make sure I survived the surgery. They were so scared they were going to lose me.”
Regardless, the 47-year-old has no regrets and said becoming a mother to Brooklyn has been a blessing.
“I finally have everything I’ve dreamed of. She’s so perfect in so many ways,” she said. “This little angel … so beautiful. I feel so blessed. It’s all been so worth it.”
