VH1 fans feel “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star Cyn Santana is not being shown in the best light this season after Joe Budden accused her of not “cleaning” in an upcoming episode.
Although Santana and her fiancé Budden seemed to be madly in love, the couple are experiencing relationship woes. In an upcoming scene, the 26-year-old mother confronts her soon-to-be husband for throwing her wigs in a social media video.
She tells the New York rapper, “There’s this video with all of my wigs just thrown everywhere. … That looks ugly.”
Budden responds to Santana by telling her to “get up and clean.”
“LHHNY” fans argued that the scene depicted Santana in a negative light.
“This season is not making Cyn look to good.”
“I love cyn to, but I’m a very clean person not sloppy at all not a good look for her.”
Other folks slammed Budden for telling his fiancée to clean up because they said she appeared to suffer from depression.
“Cyn don’t clean up because she was depress.”
“She might have been going thru ppd poor Cyn.”
“Men do this alot and it causes post partum in the woman.. me from experience❤️.”
A few fans agreed with Budden for telling his fiancée to clean.
“She looks like she don’t clean up shit either.”
“Cyn look like she sit around all damn day, no cleaning, no cooking….”
“I love cyn ❤️but sis seem like she don’t wanna do nothing.”
Santana and Budden apparently worked out their differences on the show, because the pair just got engaged on Dec. 19. The model expressed the sentiment in a recent Instagram post that she’s looking forward to becoming Budden’s wife for eternity.
“From soulmates first..Before we even knew. To friends. To lovers. To parents. And now partners for life!” she wrote. “Thank you for loving me the way that you do. Our wedding is about to be on A THOUSAND!!!”
