Nipsey Hussle and his crew got into a scuffle at a Hollywood nightclub over the weekend.
According to TMZ, the rapper arrived at the club Nightingale in West Hollywood Sunday night to celebrate his girlfriend Lauren London‘s birthday, who obviously was there with him. One hour before the melee broke out, cameras caught Nip, London and rapper O.T. Genasis coming in, and everyone looked ready to celebrate.
But later, a group of men who seemingly had had words for Nip earlier in the evening approached him, and that’s when things got ugly. From there, haymakers were thrown, people were shoved and little separate brawls broke out in different areas of the club parking lot.
Nipsey was in the middle of it all, and there’s one part where he can be seen throwing some punches, but it’s hard to make out who he was hitting. There’s also a woman who’s trying to hold the rapper back, but it doesn’t look like it’s London.
Eventually, a police officer pulled out a taser gun and things immediately went from crazy to calm. Sometime later it was discovered that the men who approached Nipsey did so because they thought he was somebody else, so he was simply defending himself.
Neither Nipsey or Lauren has commented on the fight, and there’s a good chance they won’t, since it’s not really their style. But the actress did post a photo of herself inside the club, which showed her in a leather red dress that got plenty of attention.
