Gabrielle Union Has Questions After Will Smith and Martin Lawrence Team Up for ‘Bad Boys 3’ Seemingly Without Her

Will Smith alerted his fans that the hit action comedy “Bad Boys” is back. On Thursday, Smith shared a video with his over 24 million Instagram followers alongside his co-star Martin Lawerence confirming there will be a “Bad Boys III.” In his caption, he wrote, “It’s been a LOOOONG time Coming. But now it’s Here! @BadBoys For Life 🚨 We back!! @martinlawrence.”

Smith said excitingly, “I’m telling yall this is crazy.” He continued, “It’s official!! It’s official!! ‘Bad Boys 3’, Its happening!”

Despite waiting nearly a decade, fans were still overjoyed to hear the news of the actors finally getting together to create the sequel.

On the other hand, Gabrielle Union apparently has not received her invite. Her character “Sydney Burnett” was introduced in the second installment of the film as Lawrence’s sister and Smith’s love interest.” She took to Twitter to post a few emojis, “👀👀👀☎️” seemingly to encourage her former co-stars to call.

The prequel “Bad Boys II” hit the big screen back in 2003. Lawrence hasn’t been featured in a movie since his 2011 film, “Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son.” Smith, on the hand, has remained active since then. His most recent work included the Netflix film “Bright” in 2017 and “Suicide Squad” and “Collateral Damage,” both in 2016.
