10-Year-Old Kenyan Author Natalie Wambui has accomplished a lot in her first decade of life. She’s an author, poet and inspirational speaker all before reaching high school. After being frustrated by the negative things she read about Kenya, Wambui set out to write poems of people positively making a difference in her nation. So far she has authored three books: Natalie’s Poems, Kenya My Country, My Story, and recently Extraordinary Kenyans doing Extraordinary things. Natalie says her writings are meant to inspire others to overcome life’s obstacles and achieve their goals.
