‘LHHATL’ Star Sas, Scrapp Deleon’s Brother, Sought for Questioning in Deadly Atlanta Shooting

Georgia officials are searching for “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Sas after a man was murdered Monday night.

The Atlanta Police Department believes Sas, whose real name is Lyndon Akhil Smith, was a witness to a double shooting in which one man was fatally wounded and another was left in critical condition, WSBTV reported.

Officials are currently trying to locate Smith and believe he has vital information that could help them with the investigation.

Sas is the son of “LHHATL” star Karen King and the brother of Scrapp DeLeon, who was sentenced to prison in 2016 for trafficking marijuana.

During an interview with VH1, Sas said his focus was being a father figure to his brother’s son King while DeLeon served his five years in prison.

“I tell him all the time, ’You know your daddy love you. You know he can’t wait to see you,’ just so he don’t feel like it’s a choice that Scrapp made to be away. I don’t want my nephew to ever feel like that or think like that,” the Atlanta artist said.

Sas recently celebrated his 25th birthday in June and wrote on Instagram, “A lot of my ni**as didn’t make it to see 25 I’m just happy to be here. Free & alive praise be to Allah 🙌🏾 lol I’m gettin old on da low.”

In July 2016 Sas was shot in the head after a club appearance in Arizona, an incident in which the All Gas rapper was exiting the club parking lot when he was caught in the crossfire of a shootout, according to VH1. The wound proved to be non-life-threatening, and doctors were able to remove the bullet from the back of his skull.
