The “Rich Sex” rapper and his daughter had a little reunion at the Weezyana Fest 2018 in New Orleans on Saturday. The annual music festival took place at the Champions Square arena this year. Wayne performed songs from “The Carter 3” album celebrating the 10 year anniversary since its release. Many artists came out to support, such as Birdman, Nicki Minaj, and Jeezy.
Rapper Birdman made a public apology to Lil Wayne after the two became estranged for some time. On stage, the Cash Money executive said, “I wanted to apologize.” Back in 2014, Wayne tweeted to his fans, “To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won’t and hasn’t been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it.”
