Kandi Burruss is undoubtedly proud of her daughter Riley Burruss and that was shown tenfold when the singer surprised her teen with a souped-up Porshe Cayenne.
“I had to surprise my baby girl @rileyburruss today with her car,” the Xscape performer said on Instagram Tuesday, Aug. 21. “Her #Sweet16 is tomorrow but I figured she would be super surprised & not expecting anything if it was the day before her bday. I put the nickname that @nickiminaj gave her on the floor when you open the car door. #Rilez.”
Among the photos of Riley posing with her family beside the vehicle, the final slide in Burruss’ Instagram post features a video of the white crossover SUV with darkly tinted windows and blacked out wheels.
“It’s Riley’s birthday tomorrow so I had to surprise her today,” Burruss says in the clip as she pans around the vehicle. “Aye, check it out! You know she loves Nicki Minaj so she had to get the Porshe — Rilez.”
Burruss’ IG comments have been flooded with messages applauding the gift given for the teen. And several have remarked about how much Riley deserves the luxury car, which she mentioned wanted during her appearance on “Sister Circle” earlier this summer.

Riley’s gift caps off a big summer for the teenager who won praise for making her fitness a priority. Burruss praised her daughter months ago for her 52-pound weight loss.
“I’m so proud of my baby @rileyburruss! Last year (around September I think) Riley decided to get serious about being fit. With the help of her trainer @iamthekingoffitness she’s lost 52lbs!!!! & she did it the right way by working out 5 days a week & watching her calorie intake,” the proud mom said at the time.
