Future is in love, and he confirmed it on social media. He first tweeted about it earlier this month, which left many wondering who the woman is.
“Love is in the air,” he wrote. “I have an amazing woman in my life. I’ma lucky guy.”
The last time we heard Future talk like that was back in 2013 when he and Ciara started dating. Of course, things didn’t work out between them, and she’s since married NFL quarterback Russell Wilson.
So who’s the woman who has Future’s nose all open? It’s Brittni Mealy, the mother of his son Prince. She’s also the creator of the online store Unicorn Universe and has a fur collection called Furgo with Young Thug’s girlfriend Jerrika Karlae.
Recently, Future posted a video with Mealy and let everyone know that he’s ultra serious about her.
“Love you forever,” he told her while planting a kiss. “This is my queen, my everything.”
Rumors began to swirl that the couple was back together in June of this year, after they were seen together in Los Angeles. But they ran into a snag when Brittni accused Future of cheating during a tour stop in Canada.
“I want to be treated as a woman with no games, and I’m not settling for anything less than that,” she wrote afterwards. “Don’t have kids [until] you get married first.”
Besides that message, Brittni talked about the difficulties of being with a celebrity rapper and how she hates reading things about herself but doesn’t mind reading about others.
“I don’t like it,” she said about seeing her name in blog headlines. “I just feel like why is people in my personal business? And I really hate when [the information] is false … It’s entertaining to read it about other people, but when it’s about you, it’s like no.”
Unlike Future, Brittni hasn’t said anything about the rekindling of their relationship, but that may change later on.
