Passengers on a flight at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport got quite the surprise on Tuesday when a half-dressed man came sprinting across the taxiway toward their plane.
Jhryin Jones, 19, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and public indecency after police say he scaled the fence surrounding the world’s busiest airport before running onto the tarmac wearing nothing but his underwear, FOX 5 Atlanta reported. At one point, an Atlanta PD spokeswoman said Jones climbed onto one of the aircraft’s wings and began banging on the windows.
The shocking incident unfolded just before 5 p.m.
Witness video obtained by local station WSB shows the teen approach the Delta flight and throw his arms in the air, seemingly addressing the passengers who had just arrived from Miami. Jones then briefly drops his underwear before laying out in the middle of the runway. It wasn’t long before the cops arrived, swarming the teen who had already rolled over onto his stomach before officers reached him.

Jones was swiftly arrested and led away in handcuffs without incident, the video shows. He is also charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers.
Airport officials said there was no disruption of overall operations.
Police are still investigating the incident.
