CNN political commentator Symone D. Sanders was detained by police at LaGuardia Airport on Thursday following an incident with TSA agents.

According to New York’s PIX11, Sanders was asked to step out of line for a more thorough security check at Concourse D in the airport’s Terminal B. She allegedly refused, however, and became loud while “cursing in front of patrons and children,” a police report obtained by the station stated.

Sanders has since been charged with disorderly conduct and was issued a criminal summons.

Symone recently commented on the incident via Twitter telling her 126K followers that her attorney “look forward to the opportunity to highlight” the injustice.

This isn’t the first time the former press secretary for Sen. Bernie Sanders has run into issues at the airport. Last year, American Airlines called the police on Sanders after she became upset while trying to check her luggage. Authorities were called after she raised her voice at a customer service representative.

Sanders still managed to make her flight but said she “didn’t understand why” the airline felt the need to call the police.
