To celebrate the success of ‘Black Panther,’ Tyler Perry posted a fun fact about the Marvel movie. The filmmaker revealed on Instagram that a part of the movie was shot at his studio in Atlanta. “Welcome to Wakanda! You wanna talk about black history! These are the new stages at Tyler Perry Studios. And guess what the first film to shoot on one of the stages was?! #BlackPanther!!! #WakandaForever @[email protected] #ryancoogler.”
Along with the Tyler Perry studios, another portion “Black Panther” was filmed at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta.
The film reportedly contributed to over $26.5 million in wages to thousands of workers across Georgia.
